Yara North America | 38th Floor, 100 North Tampa

A complete interior demolition and rebuild of a 14,000 SF office on the 38th floor of 100 North Tampa. The scope included a new common corridor, fully renovated common restrooms and a redesigned, building-standard elevator lobby. The new layout required significant MEP rework, and the space was finished with high-end materials throughout. We worked closely with building management to keep disruption to a minimum in a fully operational high-rise.
