A fast-track office build-out for Edward Jones in a fully occupied Class A high-rise in downtown Tampa. We built private offices, conference rooms, a break area and open workspace, finished in a clean, modern style to match the Edward Jones brand.
Highlights include high-end finishes, modular glass office fronts and a detailed furniture layout. Careful MEP coordination tied the space into the base building systems.
